Greyhawk Landing CDD Update 05-13-2026

Progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly!

The next update will be posted on Wednesday, 05/20/2026.

Drought Information:

Even though the area has received some rainfall, Manatee County continues to have water restrictions due to EXTREME drought. All irrigated areas in Greyhawk East are fully restricted to one day per week. Greyhawk West and other areas irrigated with reclaimed water are not restricted, but it is advised not to water during the afternoon hours. Car washing is restricted to the day of the week that you are allowed to irrigate, based on the ending digit of your address.

The next CDD Board Meeting will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday 05/27/2026 at the Mulberry Clubhouse.
