Greyhawk Landing CDD Update:
· Posted Wednesday 8/27/2025 progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly! Next update will be posted Wednesday 9/03/2025
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pedestrian gates require entry with access badge!
All gates are now RFID activated. Please approach slowly to ensure activation. The SR 64 gate RFID has been adjusted and now should work. Please email Hannah, Andrew and the CDD Board if you have trouble. Please check out if you can enter from other gates in GHL, this will help isolate the issue and have nothing to do with sticker or sticker placement. The gatehouse cameras are fully functional with video and audior recording all guard actions. If you have an issue with a guard, note time and email the CDD Board, Andrew or Hannah, so video can be reviewed.
· Cameras are being upgraded and internet connected. Arm bar replacement is now a minimum of $1250 for arm and installation, break it, pay for it!
CDD Meeting Wednesday 9/25/2025 at 6 PM at Mulberry Clubhouse.
Mulberry Pool and Spa are open.
Rec Center Pool (Play and Spray) project is on or ahead of schedule.
The Fitness center (gym) is open, Handicap accessibility has been added to entry.!
Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks are OPEN. Nature Trails and Sidewalks maybe occasionally have debris and /or may have lifted areas caused by tree roots and erosion consequently PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS. Wet conditions can cause slippery surfaces on the nature trails.
Streetlights Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name (like Chantilly 9).
FHP continues to issue citations (averaging 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
