IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pedestrian walk-thru gates will be activated 8/1/2025, remember to take your Access Badge if you walk or bike out of GHL, entry requires access card.
All gates are now RFID activated, remotes will not raise arms or open gates. Please approach slowly to ensure activation. Metal swing gates at SR 64 will soon be closed each evening at 9 PM and reopened at 6AM, so go slow thru Main Entrance! Be aware!
Cameras are being upgraded and internet connected. Arm bar replacement is now a minimum of $1250 for arm and installation, break it, pay for it! Property Damage: The least severe category of hit and run, involving only damage to another vehicle or property. Under Florida law, specifically in statute section 316.061
CDD Meeting Tuesday 8/19/2025 at 5:30 PM at Mulberry Clubhouse.
Mulberry Pool and Spa are open.
Rec Center Pool (Play and Spray) is closed and the project is progressing on schedule, co Play and Spray structure is being delivered on Friday, trucking dependent.
The Fitness center (gym) is open, please clean equipment when your workout is completed!
Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks are OPEN. Nature Trails and Sidewalks maybe occasionally have debris and /or may have lifted areas caused by tree roots and erosion consequently PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS.
Streetlights Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name (like Chantilly 9).
FHP continues to issue citations (averaging 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
