Greyhawk Landing CDD Update:

Posted Wednesday 7/16/2025 progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly! Next update will be posted Wednesday 7/23/2025

Upper Manatee gates is fully RFID only access!

Postal carrier has full access to GHL.

SR 64 resident gate will be fully RFID access only by end of week.

As of August 1st pedestrian walk through gates will be locked. Remember to bring your access pass to get through.

Metal swing gates will be closed each evening at 9 PM and reopened at 6AM, so go slow thru Main Entrance! Be aware!

Cameras are being upgraded and internet connected. Arm bar replacement is now a minimum of $1250 for arm and installation, break it, pay for it! Property Damage: The least severe category of hit and run, involving only damage to another vehicle or property. Under Florida law, specifically in statute section 316.061

CDD Meeting Thursday 7/24/2025 at 6 PM at Mulberry Clubhouse.

Mulberry Pool and Spa are open.

Rec Center Pool (Play and Spray) is closed and the project is progressing on schedule, concrete has been poured after a successful Permit inspection by Manatee County,. New tile has been installed.

The Fitness center (gym) is open, please clean equipment when your workout is completed!

Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks are OPEN. Nature Trails and Sidewalks maybe occasionally have debris and /or may have lifted areas caused by tree roots and erosion consequently PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS.

Streetlights Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name (like Chantilly 9).

Milling and Phase 2 of street resurfacing is progressing well even with rain events early in week.

FHP continues to issue citations (averaging 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
