Greyhawk Landing CDD Update:
· Posted Wednesday 6/25/2025 progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly! Next update will be posted Wednesday 7/2/2025
Upper Manatee gates will be RFID only access by 6/27/2025 and SR 64 is having final internet connections completed. Be aware there will be times gates will malfunction primarily from impact of impatient drivers, go slow thru gate areas.
· Cameras are being upgraded and internet connected. Arm bar replacement is now a minimum of $1250 for arm and installation, break it, pay for it! Property Damage: The least severe category of hit and run, involving only damage to another vehicle or property. Under Florida law, specifically in statute section 316.061
CDD Meeting Thursday 6/26/2025 at 6 PM at Mulberry Clubhouse.
Mulberry Pool and Spa are open.
Rec Center Pool (Play and Spray) is closed and the project is progressing on schedule as demo work is being completed. New tile is being stalled this week. Similar work will not again be necessary for 20 or more years, the current pool is over 20 years old with minimal preventative maintenance performed.
The Fitness center (gym) is open, please clean equipment when your workout is completed!
Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks are OPEN. Nature Trails and Sidewalks maybe occasionally have debris and /or may have lifted areas caused by tree roots and erosion consequently PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS.
Streetlights Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name.
Grinding and Phase 2 of street resurfacing will begin approximately 7/17.
FHP continues to issue citations (up to 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
