Update: RFID distribution will begin Monday 2/24/2025. (Street & date specific)
POA East will get RFID stickers at Rec center.
POA West will get RFID stickers at Mulberry Clubhouse.
On the main page of the Greyhawkcdd.org website, Please click on “UPDATED RFID DISTRIBUTION NOTICE” banner for Schedules, Forms, and FAQ’s (frequently asked questions)
Volunteers would be appreciated to help with the distribution of tags.
New Update: Information and Training will be provided Monday Feb. 24th at the Mulberry Clubhouse, between 8am – 8:15am.
If you cannot attend this meeting, please arrive to your volunteer shifts a few minutes early for brief instructions.
Note: If you have changed your vehicle or tag in the recent year, please fill out the RFID distribution form and bring it with you, on the day of sticker implementation.

Next CDD Meeting Thursday 2/27/2025 at 6 PM, Mulberry Clubhouse
Both pools are open. Both spas are open, however Mulberry spa has air lock issues, proposals are pending.
Play and Spray replacement, Rec Center pool resurfacing have been approved and scheduled for work later this year. It will be a new facility that will last for the next 25 years.
Basketball and Tennis Court: all open
The Fitness center (gym) is open
Nature Trails – All nature trails are OPEN. Petrel trail has been repaired and is fully open after concrete repairs. Being Nature Trails there will always be fallen debris in areas, random areas that are slippery, and even occasionally uneven concrete. USE CAUTION AS BIKE RIDERS SHARE THESE TRAILS WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS.
Streetlights If any are out, Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name.
Perimeter fencing on Caladium Court and Petunia has been evaluated by a contractor and The CDD is waiting for several proposals to repair these areas and decisions will be made at February Board meeting after Board discussion of the proposals. Thank you for your patience.
FHP continues to issue citations (up to 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
