Dear Greyhawk Landing CDD Residents,

We are writing to inform you of an error that occurred with the mailing of the budget notice letters recently sent to residents.

Due to an unexpected system glitch during the mailing process, some notices were addressed with incorrect resident names associated with the wrong property addresses. While the assessment information itself was accurate, we understand that receiving correspondence with incorrect recipient information may have caused confusion.

Please disregard the previously mailed budget notice and refer to the forthcoming corrected notice, which contains the proper recipient information.

We sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience or concern it may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we worked to identify and correct the issue.
