Greyhawk Landing CDD Update:

Posted Wednesday 4/08/2026 progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly! Next update will be posted Wednesday 4/15/2026.

Even though the area has received some rainfall, Manatee County continues water restrictions due to EXTREME drought. All areas irrigated in GH East are fully restricted to one day per week, POA West and other areas irrigated with reclaimed water are not restricted but it is advised not to water during the afternoon hours. Car washing is restricted to the day of the week you are allowed to irrigate based on the ending digit of your address.

Phase 4 milling and paving has been awarded to Gator Grading and Paving; the schedule will soon be announced.

 The next CDD Board will be on Thursday 4/23/2026 at the Mulberry Clubhouse.

SSLM is addressing landscape issues proactively, installing missing and dead shrubs.

GHL Lake Management: Sitex Aquatics is proactively treating ponds and wetlands.

Pressure Washing of Miami Gutters is complete, common area sidewalks and Nature Trails have begun.

All gates are working, approach gates at low speed, 5 mph or less so RFID reader has time to activate.

·        Soon those using emergency code remotes will be receiving fines from Manatee County Code Enforcement, Check out Ordinance 19.15 Manatee Code.

Both Rec Center Pool and Spa and Mulberry Pool and Spa are open and operating perfectly.

Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks will occasionally have debris

PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS. Parents please caution children on E Bikes both on paths and roads.

Streetlights,  Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name (like Chantilly 9).

FHP continues to issue citations (averaging 30 per month), Slow down and stop at stop signs!
